My heart is breaking for the displaced immigrants in our country. The news is horrific – people have been burned alive; beaten to death and driven from their homes. Wives have been left widowed; children orphaned. Today I was talking to a man from Zimbabwe living in the Belville area – they burned his and his wife’s clothing; stole everything in their house and they are now living in a community hall in Belville. His wife is expecting a baby any day and their twin children are living in Zimbabwe with their granny – schooling and food provided for by the money he earns here (legitimately as an energy-conservation representative). This is so wrong! And it comes from within South Africa – a country that stood as a beacon against human injustice.

The refugees my brother Bruce is involved with have now reached 100 in number and are staying in a hall in M’berg. There are a lot of babies and toddlers (lots of 1, 2, 3 year olds) and great need, many have just run from their homes with only what they are wearing! One mother fled with her 6 children from Capricorn township while being chased away with knives. If you can the desperate need is for: formula, nappies, adult clothes for work, warm stuff and tinned food. We will come and fetch it from you wherever you are. we know many of you are already helping so only those who can please and thank you! Come Lord Jesus come!!!!
